All divers must have adequate dive insurance we can provide DAN insurance.

All divers and snorkelers must be physically fit enough for those activities.

Children under 2 are free, children under 12 years old are half price for land tours (not including landowner site fees).

All guests must wear life jackets in the boat.

Wildlife such as dolphins are wild and although seen frequently cannot be guaranteed on every trip. Refunds will not be offered but we can offer additional trips on next availability.

Bad weather cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel your trip due to poor weather conditions. Trips will be rebooked where possible. Refunds will be given if unable to reschedule.

Volcano tours are often cancelled due to volcanic activity or other safety issues. We are informed on the morning of your activity if the tour is safe to go ahead. Trip will be refunded if cancelled on the morning.

Late notice cancellation due to delayed or cancelled flights; we will try to rebook where possible. We reserve the right to charge 20% deposit which you may claim back on your travel insurance. 

Deposit of 20% required at time of booking, to guarantee days of choice, full payment is required 30 days in advance.

Rental equipment damaged or lost are subject to replacement fees on a current market value basis. Torn mouthpieces or broken fin/mask straps are not subject to replacement fees as this is a part of normal wear and tear of the gear.

Due to fluctuating fuel prices a fuel supplement may be added if fuel prices increase greater than 10%. 

Fuel surcharge for Sept: 5% on all agent bookings

Fuel surcharge for Oct: 10% on all agent bookings

Force majeure such as pandemic conditions, volcanic eruption etc our cancellation policy applies. We pay all landowners for use of their sites per person, these fees contribute to the up keep of the environment and income for local people. Mt. Tavurvur and volcanos are naturally hazardous; each person therefore goes to these sites at their own risk. If the Volcano Observatory stops all site visits another trek or tour will be offered should conditions be deemed too risky to climb.

Cancellation policy: 

Cancellation without notice, no show or same day no refund.

Cancellation within 7 days  50% charge.

Cancellation within 30 days before 20% charge.

Cancellation prior to 30 days full refund.
